How we price sheet metal fabrication
Flat area is derived from the part volume ÷ thickness, then multiplied by a nesting factor to get the sheet used. Cut length is measured from your DXF (or estimated from the 3D model) and priced per metre with a thickness factor; each bend is priced per stroke with one setup per order.
